How to Delete Auto Upload Album Flickr

With Automobile uploadr all of a sudden I tin't discover my normal albums because they're cached at the bottom of the huge albums listing!

Please provide a re-order option to requite priority to manually created albums.

SusieM54: Pretty sure when you installed the app it asked if you wanted car-upload on. I just updated the app so it honored my previous settings and stayed off. It should be in the app's settings to plough information technology off or on.

I'd like to delete the album, but not delete the photos.... Can't effigy out how to do that with new interface. (I realize the album will come up back when I automobile-upload additional photos and that's ok. Still would like to delete information technology for now, while keeping the photos.)

I turned auto-upload off, but would consider turning it dorsum on if the photos all went into a unmarried album and were marked private. And upload but happened when I was on wifi, not cellular. So basically like Google Photos except with metadata and social.

I still can't find an answer to this Eric, other than to manually delete the albums (which for me volition accept ages). I'm still finding that some new folders slip away to the bottom of the listing. It actually is driving me crazy, I was using Flickr to share my caste work with my tutor and at the moment this is only impossible because of the 35 pages of albums that I have to sift through to go to what I demand. I might just delete my account and first over again.

And if deleted from Organize are completely lost. In effect Flickr accept stolen my private property. I have tried to recall these personal photographs but accept been unsuccessful.

The Flickr UPloadr does non take your content from an entirely unlike site, it uploads photos to your Flickr which reside on your hard drive.

Possibly You lot accept downloaded stuff from Picasa to your hard drive and prepare permission for the Uploadr to upload them to Flickr.

Yes, I agree. I want to SELECTIVELY upload albums that I place into a particular folder on my desktop. I don't even get a run a risk to edit them on my desktop and they are uploaded! Please fix this asap!

The fix is in your hands. You control which folders are discipline to autoupload. Sounds like you but clicked through the install screens and let it upload from all folders.

I could be wrong, but every bit I recall Picasa has both spider web and optional client components. The Uploadr might have plant patrick.vickers1's Picasa folder on his PC and uploaded everything to Flick automatically.

However, deleting the Picasa pics from Flickr should have no effect on the Picasa folders on his PC.

The Auto Upload album disappears as soon as all the photos have been deleted or otherwise removed from the anthology. I but did it myself 30 seconds ago.

Note you don't take to delete the photos; you tin move them into other albums and then remove them from Machine Uploads. When you effort to transfer the last photograph from Auto Uploads, Flickr gives you a alarm that the album volition be deleted if you continue.

It will magically reappear the next time 1 or more photos are auto-uploaded to Flickr.

Simply you see the Auto Upload album.

Thanks for staying on topic. I just went through and manually deleted my photos from the Car Upload Album and the Album did disappear :) It even gave me the heads up before I deleted the terminal photo saying it will "Delete the Anthology" now that you are removing the concluding photo. So happy!
